Matt Ham
I build the software and systems that companies actually run on.
Two exits so far, both to private buyers: a nine-location electronics repair chain and a seven-figure digital marketing agency. What carried across both was the same habit — at every company I've run, I've ended up building the in-house tools that became the backbone of operations.
ERP, point of sale, ticketing, marketing automation, AI agents. The pattern rarely changes: what looks like a staffing problem is usually a systems problem, and the fix is something you build once and run forever.
Away from that: 61 countries, three summits above 19,000 feet — Kilimanjaro, Cayambe, Chimborazo — and the New York City Marathon in 3:05:45. Dad, lifter, hiker.
